The deepest insights came from sitting with operations and customer success — they knew which edits broke things in production, and that shaped where we drew the line on what to expose vs lock down.
Self-serve only feels "self" when it doesn't need explaining. The 23% number moved because we kept removing decisions from the path to publishing a change.
